Inspired by a similar dish at very popular LA restaurant, we decided to recreate using our own TJ's products! It's simple, nutritious, satisfying, and much, much lighter on your wallet.
Remove tofu from package and pat dry with paper towels; place in a shallow dish and cover with barbecue sauce. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Place Soycutash in a microwave safe dish, add water and cover with damp paper towels; heat on high for 2 minutes or until heated through. Set aside.
Heat grill to high, add tofu and sear on both sides; lower heat and continue to cook until warmed through; about 5 minutes longer.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add greens and sauté until wilted; about 3 to 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and divide between 2 plates. Divide Soycutash and top greens; slice tofu lengthwise, arrange atop Soycutash and drizzle with warm barbecue sauce, if desired.
