Summer Cheese Plate

For every season (and any reason), there is a cheese plate. For summer, this bright, fresh combination of cheeses, fruits, and crisps is our homage to the illustrious mango.

Take wrapped cheese out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature; about an hour (can be 30 minutes, depending on ambient temperature. Since it's summer...).

Right before serving, unwrap the cheeses & plate according to desired experience; we recommend Mini Basque (mild and nutty) to Red Leicester (peppery, with heat) to White Stilton with Mango & Ginger (sweet and tantalizing). Cut a few pieces off each wedge to encourage guests to dig in. Offer a different knife for each cheese. Place crisps on the plate for carrying the cheese. Add the grapes and mango, per your desired design.
