Heat oil and onion in a sauté pan over medium heat until sizzling. Sauté chicken breast tenders in batches until brown; set aside.
Spray a 9x13 pan with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Layer spaghetti squash in bottom of pan. Layer chicken breast tenders over spaghetti squash. Pour Many Clove Garlic sauce evenly atop chicken and squash
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread to soak up sauce, if desired.
