Kiss My Cornbread with Jalapeños & Bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine clarified butter and honey and set aside.
Grease bottom and sides of an 8x8 pan. Beat eggs, oil, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Add in cornbread mix and stir until moistened—do not over mix. Fold in diced jalapeños and chopped bacon. Pour into pan. Bake on the center rack of oven 35-38 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm, with honey butter.
