Our supplier has fully cooked this Rack using the sous-vide method—vacuum-sealing the meat and slow-cooking it in water at a constant, low temperature. They’ve achieved a very evenly cooked, tender and juicy result. All you have to do is pop the meat in the conventional oven or microwave to reheat.
