Each Oatmeal starts with hearty rolled oats, of course! In the case of our new Tart Cherry, Chia & Pumpkin Seed Oatmeal, these oats are nutritionally boosted with chia seeds. Tantalizingly tart dried cherries partner up with nutty, crunchy pumpkin seeds to complete this heart-warming profile. One serving (the whole cup) provides 6 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein, as well as 20% of your recommended daily intake of iron.
To our Strawberry Raspberry Oatmeal is added dried strawberry and raspberry pieces. These tart-fruity pieces are enhanced with brown sugar and cinnamon to complete the fruit-friendly Cup. This version also provides 6 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein, and includes 15% of your recommended daily iron intake.
In addition to having enticing flavors and nutritional profiles, both cereals arrive in an innovative and highly functional container. The single-serving paper cup acts as both package and bowl. To prepare, just peel back a bit of the sealed top and add 2/3 cup (or so) of hot water or milk, stir, and allow to sit covered 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
You can also microwave the whole container, if your water or milk is unheated. It couldn’t be more perfect for your run-out-the-door morning routine. It’s also very easy to keep on hand, in a desk drawer, for whenever that hot-cereal craving strikes.
Just for fun, try adding Golden Raisins to the Tart Cherry, Chia and Pumpkin Seed Cup. Or, make our Strawberry Raspberry Oatmeal a trio of fruit with the addition of Freeze Dried Blueberries. And, if you’d prefer a non-dairy snack, you can always substitute Vanilla Almond Milk for regular milk (or water).
