Antipasto Salad

  • 1 bag TJ's Butter Lettuce
  • 4 slices Columbus Calabrese Salame, cut into small strips
  • 1 slice TJ's Sliced Provolone, cut into small strips
  • 1/4 cup TJ's Marinated Artichokes
  • 10-12 TJ's Marinated Mushrooms, halved
  • 4-6 TJ's World's Largest Olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup TJ's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon TJ's Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon TJ's Red Pepper Spread w/ Eggplant & Garlic
  • TJ’s Salt to taste

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, red pepper spread and salt. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing. Or, arrange ingredients atop lettuce and serve with side of dressing as pictured.

Serves: 3 - 4
