Corn Salsa Salad

  • 1 large TJ's Avocado, diced
  • 1 jar TJ's Corn and Chile Tomato-less Salsa
  • 1 can TJ's Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 container TJ's fresh Sugar Plum Tomatoes (or other small cherry tomatoes)
  • 1/2 TJ's Orange Bell Pepper, diced
  • TJ's Cilantro Salad Dressing, to taste
  • TJ's Salt and TJ’s Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing, to taste. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour to marry flavors.

Serves: 6
