Balsamic Lentil Sauté Print Recipe
Add onions to a large skillet on medium heat then stir in olive oil and garlic. Add collard greens and bell pepper and cook until greens begin to wilt. Empty half the package of lentils into the mix and then add sundried tomatoes. Heat and stir another two minutes and then mix in the parsley and balsamic glaze. Divide brown rice onto individual plates and ladle sauté over each serving.
