Pork Stir Fry

  • Stir Fry:
  • 2 Tbsp TJ's Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 pound TJ's Pork Loin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 TJ's Sweet Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups TJ's Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cups TJ's Bok Choy, shredded
  • 2 pouches TJ's Frozen Organic Jasmine Rice, heated
  • Sauce:
  • 1 Tbsp TJ's Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Tbsp TJ's Sesame Oil
  • 3 tsp TJ's Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp TJ's Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp TJ's Hot & Sweet Mustard

Saute pork and onions in grapeseed oil over medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk together remaining grapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and mustard. Add sauce and bok choy to skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
