Pork Stir Fry Print Recipe
Saute pork and onions in grapeseed oil over medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk together remaining grapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and mustard. Add sauce and bok choy to skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
