  • 4 Tbsp TJ's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 container TJ's Mirepoix
  • 4 Sprigs TJ's Fresh Thyme
  • TJ's South African Smoke Seasoning & TJ's Pepper to taste
  • 1 package TJ's Smoked Andouille Sausage, sliced
  • 8 Cups TJ's Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 3 Cans TJ's Cannellini Beans
  • 2 bags TJ's Kaleidoscope Chard, chopped
  • TJ's Sea Salt, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp TJ's White Balsamic Vinegar

In a 6-8 quart heavy pot, heat oil, then add mirepoix, thyme, smoke seasoning & pepper; cook until onions are translucent. Add sausage; warm through. Add broth; stir to combine. Add beans, chard and salt; cover and cook until chard reaches desired tenderness: about 15-30 minutes. Before serving, discard thyme, add vinegar; taste & adjust seasoning. Soup's on!
