  • 1 TJ’s Bagel
  • 2 Tbsp TJ’s Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 2-4 slices TJ’s Smoked Scottish Salmon
  • 2 thin rounds TJ’s Red Onion
  • 4 Tbsp TJ’s Walnuts, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp TJ’s Golden Raisins
  • 2 tsp TJ’s Capers

Slice bagel in half and toast. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on each side, then layer half the remaining ingredients on each side making two sandwiches. Serve immediately, and make sure to follow up with a mint (you’ll need it).
