Vegetable Stir Fry

  • 1 package TJ's Asian Stir Fry Veggies
  • 1 package TJ's Firm Tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon TJ's Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup TJ's Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup TJ's Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons TJ's Honey
  • 1 pinch TJ's Fresh Ginger, grated

Mix sesame oil, orange juice, soy sauce, honey and ginger. Add tofu and let marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook stir fry veggies according to package directions. Add tofu to stir fry and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add sauce to stir fry and heat through. Serve over rice noodles (or rice), if desired.

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 35 - 40 Minutes
