Preheat oven to 425°F. While oven is heating, place taquitos in a 7x10 baking dish and pour over entire bottle of enchilada sauce. Top with Sharp Cheddar. Sprinkle with Green Onions, Olives and Chiles. Place in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mexican Cheese Blend. Allow to cool for 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
